Development of reference and analytical software "Handbook of hazardous substances" provides for the establishment of an information system for the PC. Installation of the complex, for example, in the workplace Manager UDF EAC, allows you to quickly identify the hazardous substance in case of emergency, transmit background information on its physical and chemical properties of recommendations for protection of personnel and the necessary actions for localization and liquidation of emergency situations. Creating a reference and analytical software "Handbook of hazardous substances" is possible only with the use of data sets and classification systems which comply with current requirements of national and international law, namely: ADR codes UN system HAZ codes, NFPA 704, safety rules and order elimination of consequences emergency situations involving dangerous goods at the railway transport.
