Сabbage and chycorium aseptic culture have been obtained. Genetic transformation of chycorium, potato, tomato, and maize was conducted. New vector constructions were created possessing cry3a, human interferon, and esatAG85 genes as well as construction for transport of target protein of cyanobacterium's desaturase DesC to chloroplasts.
