The purpose of research is to establish patterns of transmission, reflection, diffraction, scattering and transformation of electromagnetic waves in new complicated electromagnetic objects that contain linear and nonlinear lumped elements and layers. Research methods are the modified transfer matrix method for the analysis of layered structures in combination with the Jacobi iterative method; modification of the concept of searching quasisolution using the complex source model. A new method is disigned for the localization of reflectors on the results of multi-frequency measurements and spatial scanning in near radio sounding. The accuracy of determining the parameters of open resonators with the quasi-resonance effects in the processing of their response is improved. The features of the resonances of nano-Bragg layered resonators with linear and nonlinear lumped elements and spatially inhomogeneous layers are determined, new unconventional definitions of quality factor and other generalized eigen parameters are proposed. The results of studies are implemented in the educational process of the chair of Applied and Computer Radio Physics of DNU. The results can be used by scientific research institutes and organizations in the electronics industry and implemented in non-destructive testing, radar, space and mobile communications, information and computer systems.
