Controlling of the properties of active dielectric crystals by creating of defect states makes for to obtain the materials with necessary properties, that leads to the creation of effective media with stable parameters for the modern electronics. The main advantage of research in this area upon the domestic and foreign analogues is to combine the synthesis parameters with com-prehensive research, that allows to connect the physical properties with the structure, conditions of growth and technological processing of the materials.
