The primary purpose of the research work is to create an information-analytical system for technical diagnostics based on the results of statistical processing of digital multiparameter measurements taken from non-destructive testing and monitoring. This objective also involves the design of a database to support decision-making on the state and quality of the components and aggregates for space engineering. To achieve this goal, the algorithmic support for digital measurement processing was developed. To support for decision-making on inspected object states, object quality and prognosis of their informative parameters, which is based on the test results, an evaluation of the stress-strain state and the investigation of physical and mechanical properties of materials were carried out, as well as forming algorithms and data visualization to support decision-making on the status and quality of inspected objects and prognosis of informative parameters based on testing results. Efficiency of the developed algorithms was estimated by conducting computational experiments and computer simulations. A structure of the information-analytical system for holographic nondestructive testing of products and components for space engineering was proposed. The prototypes of measuring modules and a software to process test data were developed to enable the use of holographic and speckle interferometry methods. The algorithms and technologies used in this system were successfully tested on the real components made of polymeric composite materials. In the course of research a new method of non-destructive holographic testing for cell panels developed and patented in Ukraine, which unlike existing can increase the number of informative parameters on which the decision about state of the object can be made. Method of calculating strains and stresses in the shell is improved. Proposed a new approach, which is to use a simulation of the stress-strain state control objects by the finite element method to refine the test data and to ensure the predictability of the behavior of the tested object based on the test data. The proposed information-analytical system for holographic nondestructive testing can be used in Engineering and energy industry as a flaw detector for the multilayer structures and to analyze the stress-strain state of objects such as turbine engines, steam, chemical elements batteries and space units. It is possible to use for studying the characteristics of new materials and structures in medicine, particularly in dentistry and orthopedics.
