The purpose of the work - creation the bases of development active systems of withdrawal SO with use of electric propulsions (EP). Method of researches - settlement and analytical. On the basis of the analysis mass of the started SC, orbits of their functioning, requirements to orbits of burial and establishment the terms of withdrawal the look and characteristics of SC which demand withdrawal are defined. Considering power expenses for performance of burial manoeuvres, search and systematization the characteristics of EP for the purpose of definition possibility of their use in active systems of withdrawal SO are carried out. Requirements to such systems, the principles of their construction, and also a condition and ability to integrate with units and systems of SC are formulated. The corresponding techniques of forecasting of trajectories SO, carrying out the design-ballistic analysis and definition of power-mass characteristics are developed for definition of optimum schemes of flight, a general view and characteristics of systems of withdrawal. Novelty of the received scientific results consists that for withdrawal SO from low Earth and geostationary orbits electric propulsion systems will be for the first time used. Application in the offered systems of withdrawal EP will allow to reducing the demanded reserve of fuel of the propulsion system, to minimize the mass of system and it is essential to increase profitability of its use in general.
