An aim of researches is creation of the scientifically-applied bases of progressive technologies of receipt of competition functional materials and organizational structures of management by industrial enterprises aviation and space industries. A research object is processes of receipt of high-quality elements of constructions of aircrafts and organization of management by a production in aviation and space industries. The article of research is elements of constructions of aircrafts, methods of improvement of their physic-mechanical, technical, technological descriptions and organizational mechanism of management by enterprises aviation and space industries. Methods of researches are a mathematical design, calculation and model experiments, physic-mechanical, roentgen - structural, microstructure researches; metallographic analysis. Technologies are worked out : providing of exactness and upgrading of making of large sizes of the weld-fabricated cylindrical and conical purpling with the functional elements of joint by the method of thermal and mechanical calibration on the basis of optimization of key parameters of thermal and mechanical calibration; retrofitting of fusions of alloys on the basis of aluminum and nickel by retrofitting of fusions dispersible refractory compositions; heat treatment of fusion and special treatment of bars from Al - Mg - Sc, which will provide the receipt of high-quality kelps from the aluminums alloys of large durability; technology of receipt of new composition materials for protecting of airborne equipment of space vehicles from influence of space radiation with subzero specific descriptions. Methodologies are worked out: analysis of reasons of origin of defects at the cathode-ray welding and welding technology with prevention of appearance of such defects; reliable determination of sizes of purveyances at bending of sheet material on small radiuses. The organizational mechanism of management is worked out by enterprises aviation and space industries. Developments are the newest and will allow decreasing a production of high-quality wares of space-rocket technique cost. A sphere of the use is educational establishments, scientific organizations, enterprises of engineer, rocket production, aircraft building.
