It is shown that the combined effect of photoexcited C60 fullerene and cisplatin had more profound inhibitory effect on the proliferative activity of of transformed cells, than the effect of cisplatin alone. We also demonstrate, that the combined application of photoexcited C60 fullerene and cisplatin potentiates the cytotoxic effect of small doses of the medication on the resistant cells.
