The purpose of research is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations of management research transnational economic activities and development of methodological base management transnational economic activity, analysis of the current state of development and practice of TNCs to develop an effective mechanism of integration of TNCs, research management process transnational mobility of capital in economic activity. Scientific novelty lies in the fact that based on in-depth understanding of TNCs and their impact on competition of national economies developed an effective mechanism of competition policy aimed at regulating the activities of transnational corporations in Ukraine.
