Palladin Prize, has been collected, and achievements of home scientists - this Prize laureates in 1974-2013 - in their connection with the tendency of development of the world science have been analyzed. In this period 32 scientists were awarded for outstanding achievements in the field of fundamental and applied research in biochemistry, molecular biology, nano- and biotechnology. Sixty scientists of 7 scientific centers of Ukraine were recognized as the Prize laureates. They are the employees of scientific-research institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, a number of institutions of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine and of a lot of higher educational institutions. The systematized and analyzed results have been published in a series of papers of the "Ukrainian Biochemical Journal" and prepared for publication in a form of a separate monograph.
