As a result the technical and programmatic base for creating software - hardware complex of the power management in educational institutions was made. It was specified that the average return of invested funds in the material and technical basis modernization of the university is 1-5 years, and energy saving measures cut the cost of a year fix with 19 per cent for the electricity, the heat - 13%, gas - 20%. The results of research are introduced at the Kiev National University of Technology and Design by setting into operation of the software and hardware complex "Automated system power management of the University" and also the software transferring to the Institute for Energy Saving and Energy Management NTU "KPI".
