The objective of the project is development of new technologies for production of electrodes with optimized thickness and pore sizes on the base of nano-porous natural carbon materials and technology for formation of anticorrosive highly conductive film onto surface of aluminium current collector. During the project fulfillment the base technologies for activation of of carbon materials have been developed, optimized thicknesses of electrodes were determined, technology for formation of anticorrosive coating onto modified aluminium current collector was developed, the technology for production of electrodes based on nano-porous natural carbon materials for supercapacitors was proposed and optimised. In accordance with the developed technological route the main componenets of supercapacitors including electrodes and electrolyte have been produced. On the base the components the pilot samples of supercapacitors having high specific characteristics (specific energy of 6.4 Wt.h/kg and specific power of 3 kWt/kg at 95% efficiency) were fabricated and tested.
