Aim to the study - to develop correction methods for mineral composition of animals' diets using iodine-containing compounds, trace elements with food acids obtained by nanotechnology. Thus it is necessary to study the effect of these compounds on the growth, development, health, productivity of laboratory animals, beneficial insects and hydrobionts, on improving the quality of animal products. Methods of the study - chemical, physicochemical, toxicological, biological, biochemical, zootechnical, clinical, veterinary-sanitary evaluation, organoleptic, microscopic, hematological, pathological, statistical, bioassay. Analysis of modern theoretical bases and practical approaches to the nutrition optimize. The supply of food in Ukraine was assessed. The research aspect of application new complexes of iodine-containing compounds with nanoaquacitrates nutrients and natural biologically active substances in the forest sericulture was carried out. It was experimentally shown, that oaken silkworm's caterpillars accumulate the largest amount of minerals in comparison with hornbeam and beech providing a high rate of growth, development and productivity insects. It was proven that the addition of nanoaquachelates to biologically active substances and "Jodis-concentrate" enhances the biological effect to the oaken silkworm. High antiseptic and stimulating properties of iodine-containing compounds with nanoaquachelates and natural substances were experimentally established. It was first proved in entomology the possibility of positive impact on physiological and biochemical processes of beneficial insects and zoophage using iodinated compounds and nanoaquacitrates of selenium and germanium. Iodinated compounds and nanoaquachelates normalized function of the immune system, contributed to the growth of population biomass without violating usual body functioning, improved humoral regulation through the coordination of vital processes during ontogeny.
