Purpose - develop mechanical and technological bases of improvement processes for the production of pig on farm commercial type, improve the technical means for the removal and recycling of manure, increase the efficiency of transport vehicles through the implementation of optimal control of drive mechanisms, develop methods effective production and use of biodiesel in internal combustion engines of machine-traktor units and on this basis to substantiate integrated processes and equipment for organic agricultural production in agricultural ecosystems. Research methods - systems analysis with using the provisions of analytical mechanics, calculus of variations, optimization theory and mathematical modeling of dynamics of machines, analytical and correlation and regression analyzes, technical, economic and energy analysis processes, laboratory testing and production testing. As a result of work developed principles using modern equipment for pig production on farms commercial type, completed modernization experimental farm for pig on 25 sows, completed a state tests the scraper installation for manure, developed a number of mathematical models of equipment for the production and distribution of fodder, held optimization of transport vehicles motion modes, allowing to increase the effectiveness of their use in technological processes in agricultural production, developed the mathematical model of the production and use of biodiesel in the application of hydro-mechanical mixing, developed structural scheme for retrofit diesel engine fuel system to use biodiesel, grounded optimal temperatures of heating biodiesel fuel in line high pressure, defined operational performance of the diesel engine when running on biodiesel, done production test the impact of biodiesel on operational performance of the diesel engine when performing manufacturing operations in agricultural production.
