Formulation and the technique of solving the problems of the theory of radiation and heat transfer in a real composite materials are proposed. In the example of the irradiated layer the tendencies of external heat radiation effect on the thermal state of a fibrous composite depending on the orientation fibers and their volumetric content are investigated. For a long double-layer hollow cylinder in the conditions of asymptotic thermal regime the problems of determining the thermal and thermal stress state with incomplete information about the parameters of the thermal contact and a certain radial displacement of one of the boundary surfaces are formulated. The method for constructing the integro-algebraic representations of solutions of boundary value problems of thermoelasticity for layered heat-sensitive bodies of revolution at the one-dimensional thermal and power loadings is proposed.
