It is based on application of the social and psychological influence and the correction in the areas of value-orientation, educational, professional and legal self-determination, family relationships and social capital. The principles of a favorable social and psychological influence on those who are in poverty are: their awareness of their own problems; internalization of positive experience; harmonization of relationships with the surroundings; increasing of social mobility. Within correcting inefficient lifestyle there were built the models: of increasing self-efficacy; formation experience educational career; optimization of legal consciousness; overcoming occupational uncertainty; correction attitude to health. The tendencies of personal and social self-determination of poverty agents are found: connection between awareness of psychological attraction to poverty and its correction method; correctional influence on attitudes to health; vagueness of a personal self-determination in the family; problematic acquisition and ineffective use of social capital.
