Data and metadata of coastal and expeditional observations of Ukrainian hydrometeorological service since 1995 till 2010 were prepared and downloaded to the distributed internet archives. Monitoring of water and heat balances of the Black and Azov seas was continued. Characteristics of annual and decadal changes of hydrometeorological conditions of the Ukrainian Black Sea coast was done using common indices.
