Extremes of the weather conditions in Ukraine are determined by abrupt changes of the temperature, accompanied by heavy rains and strong storm winds. The nature of the impact of large-scale circulation on global warming was determined. The forecast of changes of the field of atmospheric pressure in the coming decades was built, it point to remain in the coming decades climatic conditions which emerging in the last decade. A comparative analysis of meteorological parameters of the last two decades was conducted to identify trends in weather conditions in the current and subsequent decades on the temperature and humidity conditions in the territory of Ukraine. Proposed forecast of the changes in the climate regime of the coming decades allow predicting socio-economic impacts of climate change that are important for the life of humanity. Detected changes already are enough to improve the efficiency of the forecast of the hazardous weather conditions and thereby enhance the security of national economic activity in the nearest decade.
