The hybrid films based on nanostructured polypyrrole and peroxidase were synthesized; it was shown that in these films are realized direct electron transfer between enzyme and electrode and are characterized by a linear response in the millimolar concentration of H2O2 as sensitive polymers for determination of hydrogen peroxide. It was found that sensitivity of nanocomposite materials to the analyte at least 3 times higher than the corresponding characteristics analogues based on polypyrrole with the "regular" morphology.
