Subject of research - solving the task of methodical and information support of end-to-end design related to CAD/CAM/CAE-systems integration with external modules providing complex geometry workpieces design and manufacturing logic as well as design informational support. Theoretical and practical results are: methods of complex geometry workpieces automated design efficient information support and technological process of its manufacturing; design algorithm and corresponding CAD -system for complex three-dimensional implant-type workpieces from medical titanium used in reconstructive (dental) surgery. Specialized CAD-system "Implantat" was developed to create implant 3D-models and production tooling, which is integrated to CAD/CAM/CAE-systems. The app builds workpieces based on parametric models of parts of the stamp and provides design of technological processes on CNC machines. A new method of medical titanium hardening for using in reconstructive surgery is suggested and researched. Novelty: developed is CAD-system providing enhancement of geometric modeling processes due to identifying unified construction parts and typical implant creation processes and production tooling as well as defining technological process parameters. CAD processes enhancement gained due to developing specialized CAD-systems as bundled software consisting of all-purpose CAD/CAM/CAE-systems and specialized software. Integration efficiency: methods for creating complex geometry workpieces automated design information support systems allows to increase abstraction level of design problems solving significantly, thus increasing design and process engineers labor productivity. Application area: dental surgery dies, tooling and implants end-to-end design and manufacturing technological process. Increasing information support process quality is done on the basis of CAD-systems development using knowledge engineering methods.
