Information × Registration Number 0215U003527, 0113U002157 , R & D reports Title The Influence of the Anthropogenic Loading to the Biovariety of the Water Ecosystems in the Central Polissya popup.stage_title Head Kyrychuk Galyna Yevgeniyivna, Доктор біологічних наук Registration Date 11-02-2015 Organization Zhytomyr State University named after Ivan Franko popup.description2 While carrying out the scientific-research work the expeditions were conducted out on the territory of the Central Polissya in Ukraine, the collection of materials, in the result of which 150 samples of phytomicroperiphyton, gathered during the expedition in July-August 2014 in the rivers of the northern-western part of Zhytomyr Polissya, was held; 684 samples of algal fouling from vegetative, natural, stone substrates, artificial concrete constructions and various types of shellfish were selected; 208 samples of water from the researched rivers were selected for determining the level of organic substances, the oxygen contents and pН indicator; the ecological-hydrochemical condition was clarified and the species composition of phytomicroperiphyton in rivers of the northern-western part of Zhytomyr Polissya was determined; the dynamics of number and biomass of algal fouling groupings was calculated; the contents of 70 shellfish samples Lymnaea stagnalis, 30 samples of Unio pictorum, 30 samples of Anodonta anatina, 30 samples of Anodonta cygnea were acclimatized to the lab conditions; in the lab conditions 30 common pond snails' egg raftings were received and the contents of xanthophylls and ?-carotin in these egg raftings on the developmental stages (one cell, blastula, gastrula, trochophore and veliger) were researched; parasites' microphotos of gasteropoda and bivalved mollusks' hepatopancreas were prepared. Based on the materials of the research 4 papers were published: 1 - scientific article in the professional publications of Ukraine, 1 - in the thesis of reports on the scientific-practical conference, 2 - in theses of reports on the International scientific-practical conference. The scientists took part in 3 conferences: 1 - All-Ukrainian, 2 - International.
