In particular, for the sample with x = 0.3 registered two phase magnetic state of the ceramic sample, which contains paramagnetic and ferromagnetic phases simultaneously. On the basis of hydrothermal experiments performed in different physical and chemical conditions optimum of conditions synthesis was developed, which allow to fabricate the laboratory samples of epitaxial films CrO2 with spin polarization about 90%.
