With the help of a developed magneto-optical pump-probe method and quantum-mechanical description we have established the role of the dissipation and photon re-emission in the process of a high-speed laser-induced remagnetization. Features of the electromagnetic dissipation at the laser-induced kinetic effect of a spin-polarized current are studied in the tunnel magnetic nanostructures.
