Research the influence of the hereditation of "waxy" wheat and bread wheat genetic lines on level of amphidiploid grain fermentability. Methods of research. Research provided by conventional methodic of field researches and utilization of improved methods of biochemical analysis of grain. Results of researching. In control nursery selected the sample №951/19 (content of starch in the grain 71% and weight of 1000 grains 53.0 g) exceeded standard variety Polisskiy 7(69.3% and 45.0 g) over 1.8% and 8 g accordingly. In the previous variety trial revealed a number of lines with starch content 70,3-72,7% and line №1055, 1081, 1111 containing starch 70,5-71,1% in grains and yield 8,2-9,14 tons/ha were significantly exceeded standard and can by valuable initial material for creating high yielding varieties of alcohol-distillate direction. Over the three-year results of ecological and industrial trials were identified promising lines №227, 237, 253, 273 with high starch content in grain (68,0-68,3%) and weight of 1000 grains (50,0-50,8 g).
