The subject of the research is the technology of social demand in conducting the social work with children, families and youth that experience difficult life conditions. The purpose of the research is to study the theoretical basis and to elaborate the constituent parts necessary for the formation of social demand as an innovative technology in the interaction between the state and non-state organizations in the social work with children, families and youth that experience difficult life conditions. The tasks of the research: 1. the definition of the theoretical approaches to the formation of the social demand as a mechanism of cooperation between the state and non-state organizations at the regional level.; 2. study of both the national and international experience of social demand usage in the process of providing of social services to children, families and youth that experience difficult life conditions. 3. elaboration of the methodological basis for the principles and the key constituents for the implementation of the social demand into the social sphere. 4. explanation of the theoretical and practical approaches to the efficiency of introduction of social demand in the social work with the vulnerable categories of people. 5. elaboration of training programs and materials for the preparation and improving of skills of social workers, preparing them for the introduction of social demand technology at the regional level. The methodological base of the research: study of the existing methodological works and researches on the introduction of social demand; analysis of the practice of implementation of the mechanism of social demand in Ukraine at both regional and local levels. The theoretical and practical value of the research: The research will improve the quality of social work and social services as well as effectiveness of the mechanisms of state support of socially vulnerable categories of people, by means of delegating certain authority of the state to the non-state organizations. The introduction of state demand at the state level can be considered as an implementation of a social project. The constant scientific and methodological support as well as a conduction of a social experiment at the regional level should be the necessary constituents of the project. The introduction of the projects concerning social demand can be done with help of a special support structure that can both influence the formation of the state social policy and is capable of conducting professional evaluation and introduction of the projects at a local level.
