The purpose - establishing of the efficient system for the social and psychological defense of fosterlings of the centers for the children socio-psychological rehabilitation. The tasks to be solved: - Identify and examine the causes of children’s hitting in difficult circumstances o life and its implications for their further development; - Analysis of the legal provision of establishments for children temporary stay; - Identification and study of existing practices of working with fosterlings of the centers for the socio-psychological rehabilitation of the children; - Development of the method for social and psychological rehabilitation of children at the centers of social and psychological rehabilitation; - Development of the method for social and psychological rehabilitation of families of children at the centers of social and psychological rehabilitation; - Development of educational and methodical programs of specialists training for the centers for social and psychological rehabilitation. The main results of research. Within the project the information and analytical materials were prepared on the results of a comprehensive analysis of practical and technological experience of the system of social and psychological defense of fosterlings of the centers for the children socio-psychological rehabilitation to further development of the methodical support to these centers. The reasons for children’s hitting in difficult life circumstances and consequences for their further development have been analyzed, the legal provision of establishments for children temporary stay has been studied, the existing practices of working with fosterlings of the centers for the children socio-psychological rehabilitation have been investigated by staff polling in these institutions. The tools have been developed and the online survey of representatives of the centers of socio-psychological rehabilitation has been conducted as part of a nationwide study "Children in difficult situations". The study was conducted by method of semi-structured interviews. 25 representatives of institutions from 16 regions of Ukraine were interviewed. The result of this work is the report "Program and methods of social and psychological rehabilitation and adaptation of children at the centers of social and psychological rehabilitation" (agreement between SIFYP and the Ministry of Social Policy). It’s also been developed: method of social and psychological rehabilitation of children at the centers of social and psychological rehabilitation; method of social and psychological rehabilitation of families of children at the centers of social and psychological rehabilitation. The educational and methodical program of specialists training for the centers for social and psychological rehabilitation has been prepared.
