According to the contract executed developing of design and technology solutions for the detector modules and routing technology of connecting elements and assembly of the detector modules and their components; modeling electrical characteristics of the detector modules components and investigated parameters of detector modules mock-ups and prototypes for experiments in high energy physics ALICE and CBM. The main possible consumer of the work results under the contract is CERN, namely the activities aimed on upgrade of the experiments at the Large Hadron Collider and the creation of a new CBM experiment at the accelerator in the FAIR.
