Reasons for the research - science and investigation project 'Development and creation of diagnostic methods and equipment to control infrared materials for electronic equipment and nanocrystalline materials "is performed in accordence whith the State Program development of sensor and high-tech products in 2008-2017 years, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 05.12. 2007 number 1395 in the framework of scientific and technical project "Development and creation of metrology and certification of new knowledge based sensor products, multifunctional materials, sensors, biomultysensors, electronic devices, analytical instruments and information systems." under the agreement of January 30, 2014 № 2.1.5 / 18.27. Objective: The development and creation of diagnostic methods and equipment to control infrared materials for electronic equipment and nanocrystalline materials. Today, devices that operate in the infrared occupy a large share of the instrument. This is explained by the fact that the infrared provides information that significantly enhances the rights, allows you to explore the human condition (Thermal Image) structures, buildings and losses of heat in municipal detect and measure thermal emissions harmful to the environment, to learn even about ' Objects universe that still can not be determined in the visible range of light, the security and safety (security systems, surveillance devices and sighting), to create modern weapons systems. Infrared (IR) image forming optical system, which is made of transparent material in this range. So most famous and versatile optical material is germanium, which has high transparency (with special enlightenment surfaces of the components) in a wide range of infrared radiation. But control of defects in material in the visible range of light is complicated and requires special equipment. Therefore, the research topic is relevant. Research methods - optical non-destructive testing methods, and methods of system of general and comparative analysis. Results and innovation - scientific novelty of the results of the study is that first developed express suitable for use in industrial control methods optical crystals transparent in the infrared (IR) and optical bands of light. The novelty of technical solutions developed during the project, confirmed and protected by patent Ukraine.
