The method is proposed for construction of exact solutions of contact initial-boundary value problems of diffusion for periodical spacial structures with advective migration in one of structure elements. Further progress gets in investigation of diffusion processes in stratified bodies of random structure under non-ideal conditions between layers. Averaged fields are obtained using the gamma-distribution and its particular realizations as exponential, Erlangian and hi-square distributions. The formulation of problems of diffusion processes in stratified bodies of random structure under non-ideal contact conditions between layers is proposed for flows of admixture substance. Investigation of the key sets of equations of the locally gradient theory of elastisity is carried out for different choice of resolving functions. It is shown that in the case of choice of the displacement vector and mass disturbance vector, some physical effects can be described naturally. Within the scope of the continual-thermodynamical approach proposed before by the scientists of Centre to description of nonequilibrium processes in media of finely dispersion structure, new matematical models of drying corn material are proposed and studied.
