The main aspects of informing through the media in civil proceedings were determined. Proposals for removal of the shortcomings in the legislative regulation of the Supreme Court of Ukraine adjudication review in civil proceeding were formulated. The legal principles of the Ukrainian courts' jurisdiction where determined and the remedial order of the appeal right realization in economic proceedings was also defined. The problem questions of the limited liability enterprise parties' rights protection and also concerning contracts in the field of housing financial and credit mechanisms were investigated. The proposals about improving legal regulation of the hearing in revocation court in civil process were suggested. The improvement of the legal regulation of electronic document and electronic signature as a proof in the litigation and also consumer protection problems under the laws of Ukraine were proposed.
