The temperatures of the phase transitions of lipid membrane increase with the concentration of OEGn in the subphase; OEGn = 5 (30 wt.%) leads to the formation of the interdigitated phase. It has been shown that the investigated antitumor substances (CCЕ, doxorubicin, landomycin E) behave as typical membranotropic agents, decreasing the melting temperature of the lipid membrane.
