It was complemented by a new type of detector surface which takes into account the specifics of the work of solid-state photosensor in particular: pixel structure with dead zones, оptical crosstalk, secondary light emission and temporal characteristics. The models of three variants of position-sensitive detectors have been developed considering modifications.
