Analysis of the work of obstetric facilities ten regions of Ukraine in 2012 and 2013 years shows that the application of measures aimed at optimizing the antenatal care have contributed to positive changes in obstetric areas: improvement in the monitoring and early capture of pregnant women on the account, a steady increase in the number of physiological labor, reduce the frequency of anomalies labor, reduce the amount of bleeding and septic obstetric complications, lower perinatal mortality. Analysis of the frequency differences of complicated pregnancy, childbirth and perinatal mortality in maternity clinics ten regions of Ukraine in 2008-2013 demonstrates the positive impact of the earlier capture of pregnant women registered. In addition, a positive impact on the course of pregnancy and the end of the observation provides them in perinatal centers (improved diagnosis, targeted treatment of early pregnancy and improvement of delivery). According to the survey indicated that the provision of a common early capture of pregnant women at antenatal clinics requires the introduction of two groups of activities: public and health care.
