The epidemiological study of medical and social factors of formation of children's health changes during long-term observation from birth till 18 years, clinical examination, the copy data from medical records, the poll of teenagers and parents, psychological testing of children were done. The actual problems of children's health, psychological personal characteristics, temperament, gender differences in health indicators, differences depending on the type of schcool were defined; the pecularities of lifestyle conditions were defined. On the basis of the received information practical recomendations for decreasement of risk factors influence and optimized measures to preserve the health of children were developed.
