A smart head of the meter converts the signal from the pyroelectric sensor and transfers it immediately to PC using a high-speed USB 2.0 connection. The main units of the meter - pyroelectric sensitive element with the transmittance of 99%, the broadband main amplifier and ADC-converter were developed on the first stage of this project. The procedure of calibration of the measurer is developed. An algorithm of signal processing, system software and applied software both of the unit of the signal digital processing and personal computer were developed.
