The technology is based on the magnetron sputtering of carbon and metals in the low-temperature plasma at substrate temperatures 150-200 C. Spin transfer phenomenon in a new series of 2D coordination polymers with the general formula {Fe(3-Xpy)2[MII(CN)4]} (MII: Ni, Pd or Pt; X: F, Cl, Br or I) is investigated. A general trend in the shift behavior of hysteresis loops to higher temperatures without losing the characteristic rectangular shape (or width) is determined. A modified crystal field theory, allowing to investigate the change of spin states in supramolecular transition metals complexes of arbitrary coordinate and arbitrary symmetry under pressure and at the temperature changes, is developed.
