The method of investigation is scientific and analytical investigation, modeling and prediction of created variants efficiency of FMS packing to find the best variants of its structure. The developed method of design of FMS packing is based on the using of specially created computer pro-grams of optimization synthesis of flexible technology process structure, designation of optimal sequence of packing launching in manufacturing, optimization of technological machines set in the structure of FMS, algorithm and opti-mization program of technological machines placement in the workspace of FMS.
