In intermetallic compounds TiNi realized martensitic phase transformation of the first kind of high-temperature cubic phase to the low temperature, most often - monoclinic with the curvature. TiNi intermetallic compound when exposed to a uniform magnetic field undergoes the reverse martensitic phase transformation at constant temperature. When exposing the samples in an inhomogeneous magnetic field, phase in alloys formed Ti2Ni, Ni3Ti with higher values of the magnetic susceptibility. It is shown that the probable cause of TiNi intermetallic phase instability is non-uniform magnetization of the sample and, as a consequence of the appearance of the magnetic pressure with subsequent deformation of the lattice. By changing the phase of the measured samples, there is a significant change in their magnetic properties, and microhardness. Outdoor effect creates conditions for the development of new methods of controlling the physical parameters of materials with improved physical properties.
