The resonant conditions have been found. The resonant cross-section of the process with polarized particles have been found in the ultra-quantum approximation. The cross-section has the greatest value when the magnetic moments projections of the particles are positive. The results are used for the analysis of effectiveness of one- and two-photon pair production in a pulsar magnetosphere.
