All compounds are investigated by means of the aggregate of modern physical and chemical methods, their screening on the display of different types of biological activity is conducted. The base of structural information for CSD is created. General trends of formation of supramolecular ensembles of complexes with certain molecular and crystalline structure are exposed, on the ground of which scientific bases for design of substances of medicinal preparations with the set descriptions are formulated.
