In obedience to this model first for the Black sea region the maps of relative sea level are built for post-glacial time within the limits of north-western shelf with an account taking into account glacialhydroisostatical deformations of sial on the basis of classic equalizations of sea level with the regular temporal cut of 1 thousand years. The got conformities to law are important pre-condition and empiric basis for prevention of development of dangerous exogenous geological processes and creation of prognosis models of development of coast of north-western shelf of the Black sea.
