A method for determining the type and concentration of impurities on the optical spectra of graphene and nanotubes is developed. T A universal approach to study the cluster structure of liquid water and saturated steam is developed. We found that in the vicinity of the crystallization temperature of the water - tetramers predominate in the water structure , at higher temperatures - trimers, approaching to the critical temperature - dimers.
