Aim of research - the investigation of immune proteasomes as biomarkers for transplantation tolerance for thyroid and ovarian tissues under induction of donor specific tolerance. There were applied the modern research methods: histological analysis, flow cytometry, radioimmunologic method of hormones measuring, immunohistochemistry staining of grafts, Western blot, light microscopy, the statistical analysis of the results. The results and their novelty. The content and ratio of immune proteasome subunits in the liver and allografts of animals varies depending on the allograft state. On the base of obtained dependence the ratio of LMP2 / LMP7 proteasome subunits can be recommended as a biomarker of immune system tolerance to the transplants. The findings can be used to further investigation of the efficacy of endocrine gland tissues transplantation under donor specific tolerance at different postoperative terms. Application: endocrinology, transplantation. Product Description popup.authors Сидоренко Ольга Сергіївна Тамаріна Ірина Вікторівна Устиченко Вікторія Дмитрівна popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
