TA purpose of this stage of work is development of methodological base for the decision of scientific tasks of prognostication and design of harmonious development of the systems in an economy. Maintenance of base complex of indexes and terms which form limitation for the design of harmonious development of the systems is formed. General procedures of treatment of complex of indexes are developed on the basis of cluster analysis. The ekonomiko-mathematical model of process of management harmonious development of the systems is grounded. The results of approbation of ekonomiko-mathematical model are rotined at the decision of scientific tasks of research of the systems in an economy. The methodological base of decision of scientific tasks of prognostication and design of harmonious development of the systems is formed on the basis of metaphysical generalizations. Methodical recommendations are offered as evaluated by the state of the economic system on the basis of the aggregated index. Theoretical and methodological statements and recommendations developed in this work may be used in practice of managing the enterprises of industrial sphere of the economy of Ukraine.
