The samples of quick-hardened scales are got. Researches of materyal are conducted, the presence of amorphous or small crystalline structure is confirmed. Magnetic properties of the got quick-hardened scales are studied. It is set that on the process of dyspersing have most influence: spatial location of ingot and dome of fusion in relation to crystallizator and inductor, surface-tension of fusion and his viscosity descriptions, form and speed of disk-cooler. For the decision of technological problem of cleaning of surface of fusion of Nd-Fe-B from tape of oxides offered to use the developed easily fusible slags systems on the basis of fluorides of lithium and calcium.
