The use of potassium humate, grain straw, green manure in cultivation technologies of cereal and pulse crops in the organic farming makes positive changes in vegetative and generative development millet, buckwheat and peas, conditions are favorable for germination, increased growth processes, software agrocenosis optimal density and obtain higher productivity. Integrated action potassium humate making it into the soil and in soil and on plants provided the yield of millet at 2,20-2,24 t / ha, buckwheat -2.26 t / ha of peas at 1.65 t / ha. Using the highest yield of pea green manure -1.61 t / ha and 1.43 t / ha were for ploughing down of rye and mustard, buckwheat - 2.29 t / ha and millet-3.08 t / ha ploughing down and lupine. Aftereffect straw of different crops (peas, buckwheat, winter wheat) the performance of pea showed that maximum yield of peas - 1.84 t / ha, millet - 3,35t / ha and buckwheat - 2.65 t / ha was obtained by incorporation of straw buckwheat;
