Special attention is paid to the expansion of the church honoring the pechersky saints in the epoch of Ukrainian national revival in the XVII century. and the political aspect of Lavra canonization in synodical epoch. It is tracked changes in the burial necropolis, fixed by the documentary sources, and analyzed the influence of liturgical works for churchwide glorification of the pechersky saints. It is considered the question of regional differences veneration of the pechersky saints and incompleteness of process of their glorification in modern times.
