The goal of this research was establishment the regularities of formation of stable aggregation systems at all stages of composite materials formation and structural and morphological features of synthesized composites depending on the composition, the conditions of sols formation and the method of epoxy matrix curing. Methods of research - photocolorimetry, Х-ray analysis, sol-gel analysis, dynamical mechanical analysis, derivatography, scanning electron microscopy, thermomechanical analysis, viscometric method, method of small-angle X-ray scattering. The methods of obtaining aggregation and sedimentation stable compositions and synthesis of structurally homogeneous epoxy-titania composites obtained by amine curing and cationic polymerization with the titania particles content of 0,5-3,0 wt.% were developed. The relationship between the composition and conditions of formation of epoxy-titanium oxide and epoxy-silica composites and their structural and morphological features were established. It was shown that the titanium filler particles in the obtained composites, as the silica filler, are uniformly distributed in the polymer matrix. It was established that the amorphous form of titanium dioxide was formed during synthesis. It was determined that the type of solvent which is used for obtaining of epoxy-titanium composites of cationic polymerization significantly affects the crosslink density of the polymer matrix composites. Increasing of the filler content in epoxy-silica compositions leads to reducing of the gel time systems. It was found that epoxy-silica composites of amine curing characterized by the presence of two levels of fractal organization. It is shown that increasing of the content of TiO2 and SiO2 leads to reducing the glass transition temperature and improving the sol fraction yield of epoxy-titania and epoxy-silica composites compared with the unmodified polymer. The results of investigation may be proposed for development of novel polymer materials in The Institute of Macromolecular chemistry of the NAS of Ukraine, Antonov ASTC etc. Product Description popup.authors Жильцова Світлана Віталіївна Леонова Наталя Геннадіївна Лига Рита Іванівна Михальчук Володимир Михайлович popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
