The software for numerical computation of charged particles paths of motion near to TMF with SDS in the presence of a bias field is developed. For ferrites-garnets films the influence of Н on a quantity and a direction of SDS stray fields gradient was investigated. At Н values, which is not exceed a collapse field, the angle between vector of the gradient and the surface positive normal is distributed in some restricted interval with mean value of 180 degrees. The magnification of H dilates this interval near to domains where magnetisation is codirectional with bias field vector, and narrows it near to domains with is opposite oriented magnetisation. The dependence of angular interval of electrons entry blockage from Н for ferrites-garnets films was found. With Н growth this interval is narrowed by means of shifting of its lower boundary. This effect is caused as stray fields of SDS, which were transformed under influence of the bias field, and direct action of this homogeneous bias field on particles. The fundamentals of the theory of magnetisation reversal of low-dimensional magnetics with the point defects and with the regular domain structures were developed. It takes account a multiplicity of possible domain walls (DW) configurations on a system of randomly distributed defects; influence of their thermal oscillations and diffusion; and also the relaxation and noises processes related with the spontaneous transitions between metastable states of DW. The following analytical expressions were gained: the energy of interaction between DW and defects; the probability of DW pinning by the defects and the depinning probability; the DW distribution function; the DW diffusion constant; the DW stiffness constant; the magnetic susceptibility of a material; the spectral density of the Barkhausen noises. The ways of the comparing of the gained equations and parametres with experimental data were defined.
