The main goal of the Energy Strategy of Ukraine is to develop management and focusing society for sustainable energy development in the long term. The task of achieving the goals of the Strategy is considered on the basis of a systematic approach, taking into account the level of political and economic relations, social and economic policy, efficiency and effectiveness of public administration, legal regulation, scientific and technical support and more. The strategy provides a mechanism clarify the application of the priority measures for its implementation and achieving the long-term goals. Model phased implementation strategy formation mechanism acting ability of the public administration system to adequately respond to the challenges and adopt mechanisms for implementing the Strategy.
